Today's Plan

A Chrome side panel that lives next to Google Calendar. Every morning: name the one thing that matters most, sort the rest into a time matrix, schedule with one click, then focus on one task at a time.

Coming to the Chrome Web Store

Works with your existing Google Tasks and Google Calendar. Nothing leaves your browser.

How a morning goes

  1. Tasks due today arrive by themselvesAnything in Google Tasks that is due today shows up in "To be arranged". Nothing to copy, nothing to retype.
  2. Name the one thing that mattersDrop it into "The most important thing" and it is booked into your next free slot on the calendar automatically.
  3. Sort the rest into the time matrixImportant and urgent, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, neither. Set an estimate, click the calendar icon, done.
  4. FocusPress play and the whole panel becomes a timer. When you finish, the calendar block is trimmed to what it actually took and the task is checked off in Google Tasks.
  5. Google Calendar stays in chargeMove or delete a block in Google Calendar and the panel follows within a minute. Invites, guests, rooms: all still where they belong.
